Web conferences (same-time online meetings)

Web conferences are classic online meetings with voice conferencing and screen sharing enhanced by dynamic collaboration in MeetingSphere workspaces.

Run a web conference when you need your participants to respond to each other directly in a dynamic conversation. Should participants be unable to connect, ask them to dial in.

Enhance the conference with e.g. a Brainstorm or Discussion workspace to

  • enable more than one participant to contribute at a time, i.e. when talking in turn becomes too slow
  • increase openness or reduce personal prejudice, i.e. when you want the benfits of anonymity
  • easily reorganize and document participant contributions 

Use Rating to

  • establish what you want to focus (spend time) on in the meeting
  • get a detailed assessment of items by the group
  • measure consensus
