Invite participants

To join your Meeting, participants must know when and where it occurs.

To review and share the meeting details click INVITE on the dashboard's Lobby item or the Participant access tab.

  • Send details by email
    posts the details to your computer's default email client, e.g. Outlook. Participants open the meeting's login page simply by clicking on the link contained in that message.
  • Copy details to clipboard
    does exactly that. Paste to whatever service you use for communicating with your participants, for instance, chat, text message or calendar invitation.

In so far as not already adapted by you, the details of the meeting are generated automatically. Change them if you need to.

  • Set the beginning and end of your meeting in the Basic tab of meeting settings.
  • Change the Internet address of the meeting in the Participant access tab of meeting settings.
